This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15296) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TSNAX, targeting the amino acid region 21–120 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TSNAX from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein which specifically interacts with translin, a DNA-binding protein that binds consensus sequences at breakpoint junctions of chromosomal translocations. The encoded protein contains bipartite nuclear targeting sequences that may provide nuclear transport for translin, which lacks any nuclear targeting motifs.
DPABH-15296 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-15296 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
