This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24012) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TRIP4, targeting the amino acid region 201–300 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TRIP4 from rat, mouse, dog, cow, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a subunit of the tetrameric nuclear activating signal cointegrator 1 (ASC-1) complex, which associates with transcriptional coactivators, nuclear receptors and basal transcription factors to facilitate nuclear receptors-mediated transcription. This protein is localized in the nucleus and contains an E1A-type zinc finger domain, which mediates interaction with transcriptional coactivators and ligand-bound nuclear receptors, such as thyroid hormone receptor and retinoid X receptor alpha, but not glucocorticoid receptor. Mutations in this gene are associated with spinal muscular atrophy with congenital bone fractures-1 (SMABF1).
DPABH-24012 is suitable for use in flow cytometry (FC) (1 μg/test) application.
DPABH-24012 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
