This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10162) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TRIM39. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The function of this protein has not been identified. This gene lies within the major histocompatibility complex class I region on chromosome 6. Alternate splicing results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms. DPABH-10162 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1: 25-100) applications. DPABH-10162 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
