General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05051) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against mouse TRAF1, targeting the amino acid region 41–14 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TRAF1 from human and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to enable several functions, including enzyme binding activity; identical protein binding activity; and tumor necrosis factor receptor binding activity. Predicted to be involved in positive regulation of NF-kappaB transcription factor activity; regulation of signal transduction; and tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm. Is expressed in jaw and urinary system. Orthologous to human TRAF1 (TNF receptor associated factor 1). DPABH-05051 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-05051 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
