This product (Catalog No. DPABH-00843) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TP73, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TP73 is a member of the TP53 family whose expression has been observed altered in most human cancers and associated with the prognosis. TP73 translates into a complex number of isoforms with both oncogenic and tumor-suppressor functions and presents a complex cross-talk with other members of the family (TP53 and TP63).
DPABH-00843 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-00843 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
