This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05181) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TNIP2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein which acts as an inhibitor of NFkappaB activation. The encoded protein is also involved in MAP/ERK signaling pathway in specific cell types. It may be involved in apoptosis of endothelial cells. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A pseudogene related to this gene is located on the X chromosome. DPABH-05181 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications. DPABH-05181 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
