This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22092) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TMX2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TMX2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Thioredoxin-related transmembrane protein 2 (TMX2) is an endoplasmic reticulum (ER) integral membrane protein and a member of the protein disulfide isomerase (PDI) family, primarily known for regulating cellular redox states and protein folding. It is uniquely localized to mitochondria-associated membranes (MAMs) and interacts with outer mitochondrial membrane proteins (e.g., TOM70) to control mitochondria-ER contact sites, metabolism, and Ca2+ uptake.
DPABH-22092 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-22092 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
