General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23198) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TMPRSS11B. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TMPRSS11B (Transmembrane Serine Protease 11B) is a protein-coding gene that acts as an oncogenic driver, primarily in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC). It is a type II transmembrane serine protease expressed on the surface of differentiated epithelial cells (cervix, esophagus, oral cavity) that promotes tumor growth, metabolic reprogramming, and immunosuppression. DPABH-23198 is suitable for use in IHC (1:10–1:50) application. DPABH-23198 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
