General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16433) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TMF1, targeting the amino acid region 783–1093 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TMF1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TMF1, also named as TMF and ARA160, is a potential coactivator of the androgen receptor. It mediates STAT3 degradation. The MW of TMF1 is about 160 kDa. DPABH-16433 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:150–1:600) applications. DPABH-16433 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
