General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19033) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TMEM63C, targeting the amino acid region 693–806 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TMEM63C from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TMEM63C, also known as CSC1, is a member of the TMEM family. TMEM63C is expressed in kidney and associated with podocyte function (PMID: 32750436). Patients with focal segmental glomerulosclerosis exhibited specific TMEM63C loss in podocytes. DPABH-19033 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-19033 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
