This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18347) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TMEM63B, targeting the amino acid region 700–832 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TMEM63B from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TMEM63B, also known as C6orf110, belongs to the TMEM63 family. TMEM63B is a mechanosensitive cation channel activated by hypoosmotic stress and mechanic stimulation. Genetic deletion of TMEM63B is a cause of necroptosis of outer hair cells (OHCs) and progressive hearing loss (PMID: 32375046). DPABH-18347 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. DPABH-18347 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
