General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21541) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TMEM127, targeting the amino acid region 139–238 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TMEM127 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Controls cell proliferation acting as a negative regulator of TOR signaling pathway mediated by mTORC1. May act as a tumor suppressor. DPABH-21541 is suitable for use in IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:250–1:1,000), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-21541 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
