General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19041) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TMCC3, targeting the amino acid region 120–250 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TMCC3 is a member of the transmembrane and coiled-coil domain (TMCC) family of proteins, which are integral membrane proteins localized in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). The TMCC family consists of three members: TMCC1, TMCC2, and TMCC3, which are conserved from nematodes to humans. (PMID: 33742122). DPABH-19041 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:16,000) application. DPABH-19041 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
