This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17047) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TMBIM1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TMBIM1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables death receptor binding activity. Involved in negative regulation of Fas signaling pathway; negative regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway via death domain receptors; and negative regulation of protein localization to plasma membrane. Located in Golgi membrane; endosome membrane; and lysosomal membrane. DPABH-17047 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. DPABH-17047 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
