This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08992) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TIPARP, targeting the amino acid region 450–530 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TIPARP from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase superfamily. Studies of the mouse ortholog have shown that the encoded protein catalyzes histone poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation and may be involved in T-cell function. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-08992 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-08992 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
