General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27033) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TIGD1. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the tigger subfamily of the pogo superfamily of DNA-mediated transposons in humans. These proteins are related to DNA transposons found in fungi and nematodes, and more distantly to the Tc1 and mariner transposases. They are also very similar to the major mammalian centromere protein B. The exact function of this gene is not known.
DPABH-27033 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application.
DPABH-27033 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
