This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25323) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human THEM6. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with THEM6 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. THEM6 (Thioesterase Superfamily Member 6), also known as C8orf55, is a protein-coding gene located on human chromosome 8q24.3. It belongs to the thioesterase superfamily and is involved in cellular processes, with interaction networks suggesting a role in protein-protein interactions. It is sometimes referenced in molecular biology research regarding cellular components. DPABH-25323 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications. DPABH-25323 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
