General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04791) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human THAP11, targeting the amino acid region 1–313 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human THAP11 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene contains a THAP domain, which is a conserved DNA-binding domain that has striking similarity to the site-specific DNA-binding domain (DBD) of Drosophila P element transposases. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]. DPABH-04791 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:12,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-04791 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
