This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05029) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TFDP2, targeting the amino acid region 101–200 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TFDP2 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The gene is a member of the transcription factor DP family. The encoded protein forms heterodimers with the E2F transcription factors resulting in transcriptional activation of cell cycle regulated genes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
DPABH-05029 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-05029 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
