General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02227) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TFCP2L1, targeting the amino acid region 130–479 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Transcription factor CP2-like protein 1 (TFCP2L1) is a transcriptional regulator critical for maintaining mouse and human embryonic stem cell (ESC) pluripotency. The deletion of TFCP2L1 in mice reduced the expression of renal cell markers including ion transporters and cell identity proteins expressed in different segments of the distal nephron (PMID: 33097957). DPABH-02227 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. DPABH-02227 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
