This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21678) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TET1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TET1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. DNA methylation is an epigenetic mechanism that is important for controlling gene expression. The protein encoded by this gene is a demethylase that belongs to the TET (ten-eleven translocation) family. Members of the TET protein family play a role in the DNA methylation process and gene activation. DPABH-21678 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-21678 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
