This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11085) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TEKT3, targeting the amino acid region 1–300 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TEKT3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Structural component of ciliary and flagellar microtubules. Forms filamentous polymers in the walls of ciliary and flagellar microtubules. Required for progressive sperm mobility. DPABH-11085 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-11085 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
