This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14110) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TBKBP1, targeting the amino acid region 250–350 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TBKBP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TBKBP1 is an adaptor protein that binds to TBK1 (MIM 604834) and is part of the interaction network in the TNF (MIM 191160)/NFKB (see MIM 164011) pathway (Bouwmeester et al., 2004 [PubMed 14743216]).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008]. DPABH-14110 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-14110 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
