General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20764) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TBC1D9B, targeting the amino acid region 1069–1250 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TBC1 domain family member 9B (TBC1D9B) a Rab11A GTPase-activating protein (Rab11A GAP), as a LMTK1 binding protein, and TBC1D9B inactivates Rab11A under the control of LMTK1A (PMID: 31628178). TBC1D9B is associated with endocytic vesicles, including those likely to contain active Rab11a (PMID: 25232007). TBC1D9B could also interact with other mammalian ATG8 homologues. TBC1D9B could be co-localized with LC3B on the autophagosome membranes (PMID: 30202024).
DPABH-20764 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:12,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications.
DPABH-20764 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
