This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08763) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TBC1D22A. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TBC1D22A (TBC1 domain family member 22A) is a human protein-coding gene located on chromosome 22 that acts as a GTPase-activating protein (GAP) for Rab family proteins. It regulates vesicular trafficking by controlling Rab GTPase activity and is associated with various cellular functions, including potential roles in cancer progression and metabolic regulation. DPABH-08763 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-08763 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
