This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14029) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TADA2B, targeting the amino acid region 215–420 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ADA2 beta is a 48 kDA nuclear protein that functions as a transcriptional adaptor protein that affects transcription by altering histone acetyltransferase activity and linking activation factors to basal transcriptional machinery. It coactivates PAX5 dependent transcription together with either GCN5L2 or SMARCA4. DPABH-14029 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IHC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-14029 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
