General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10339) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TACC1, targeting the amino acid region 588–680 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TACC1 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, and horse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This locus may represent a breast cancer candidate gene. It is located close to FGFR1 on a region of chromosome 8 that is amplified in some breast cancers. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
DPABH-10339 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-10339 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
