Western blot: 1:1,000-1:10,000 colorimetric; 1:1,000-1:30,000 ECL. Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-1:400 ELISA: 1:100-1:500 for coating; 1:1,000-1:30,000 for primary. Immunoprecipitation: 2-5μg/mL in 300-500μL of cell lysate (150-300μg/mL total protein). Lysis buffer 0.5% triton X-100 with proteinase inhibitors. Use highquality protein A beads or anti-rabbit conjugated beads for best results. Run bead-only (no T7 antibody) controls to mark bands related to protein A breakdown products. Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
