General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-00622) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SERPINB2, targeting the amino acid region 131–230 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SERPINB2 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to enable serine-type endopeptidase inhibitor activity. Predicted to be involved in fibrinolysis and negative regulation of apoptotic process. Predicted to be located in extracellular region and plasma membrane. Predicted to be active in cornified envelope and extracellular space. DPABH-00622 is suitable for use in flow cytometry (FC) (2 μg/test) application. DPABH-00622 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
