This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24530) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SYT9. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable SNARE binding activity; calcium ion sensor activity; and calcium-dependent phospholipid binding activity. Predicted to be involved in chemical synaptic transmission; regulation of vesicle-mediated transport; and vesicle-mediated transport. Predicted to be located in clathrin-coated endocytic vesicle membrane. Predicted to be active in hippocampal mossy fiber to CA3 synapse; plasma membrane; and secretory vesicle. DPABH-24530 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application. DPABH-24530 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
