This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27720) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SUDS3, targeting the amino acid region 1–184 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SUDS3 (Sin3 histone deacetylase corepressor complex component SDS3), also known as SAP45 andSDS3, is a component of the Sin3 histone deacetylase corepressor complex. In this complex SDS3 interacts with SIN3A to regulate gene expression via chromatin modification. SUDS3 represses transcription and augments histone deacetylase activity of HDAC1. It may have a potential role in tumor suppressor pathways through regulation of apoptosis. DPABH-27720 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. DPABH-27720 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
