This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23154) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human STX3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with STX3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The gene is a member of the syntaxin family. The encoded protein is targeted to the apical membrane of epithelial cells where it forms clusters and is important in establishing and maintaining polarity necessary for protein trafficking involving vesicle fusion and exocytosis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-23154 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:35–1:150) applications. DPABH-23154 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
