General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27557) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human STK32A. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. STK32A (Serine/Threonine Kinase 32A), also known as YANK1, is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 5q32 that functions as a regulator of cellular polarity, particularly in the inner ear, and is implicated in various cancers. It belongs to the AGC kinase family and acts as a planar polarity factor, aligning hair cells by operating opposite of EMX2. DPABH-27557 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-27557 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
