This product (Catalog No. DPABH-00481) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SSX2IP. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein that binds the cancer-testis antigen Synovial Sarcoma X breakpoint 2 protein. The encoded protein may regulate the activity of Synovial Sarcoma X breakpoint 2 protein in malignant cells. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 3. DPABH-00481 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:40–1:150) applications. DPABH-00481 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
