General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08670) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SSH3, targeting the amino acid region 310–659 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SSH3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Protein phosphatase which may play a role in the regulation of actin filament dynamics. Can dephosphorylate and activate the actin binding/depolymerizing factor cofilin, which subsequently binds to actin filaments and stimulates their disassembly.
DPABH-08670 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-08670 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
