This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21018) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SRRM2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SRRM2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables C2H2 zinc finger domain binding activity. Involved in mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Located in Cajal body and nuclear speck. Part of U2-type catalytic step 2 spliceosome and U2-type precatalytic spliceosome. Implicated in autosomal dominant intellectual developmental disorder 72. Biomarker of Parkinson's disease.
DPABH-21018 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:3,000) application.
