General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04844) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SRP54. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SRP54 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables several functions, including 7S RNA binding activity; endoplasmic reticulum signal peptide binding activity; and guanyl ribonucleotide binding activity. Contributes to GTPase activity. Involved in granulocyte differentiation and protein targeting to ER. Located in cytosol and nucleus. Part of signal recognition particle, endoplasmic reticulum targeting. Implicated in severe congenital neutropenia 8. DPABH-04844 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications. DPABH-04844 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
