General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24529) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SPIRE1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SPIRE1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Spire proteins, such as SPIRE1, are highly conserved between species. They belong to the family of Wiskott-Aldrich homology region-2 (WH2) proteins, which are involved in actin organization (Kerkhoff et al., 2001 [PubMed 11747823]).
DPABH-24529 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:300) applications.
DPABH-24529 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
