This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04023) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SPDYA. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SPDYA from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables protein kinase activator activity and protein kinase binding activity. Involved in several processes, including G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle; positive regulation of cell population proliferation; and positive regulation of protein kinase activity. Located in nucleoplasm. DPABH-04023 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-04023 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
