General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14085) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SPATS2L, targeting the amino acid region 290–488 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SPATS2L from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SPATS2L encodes spermatogenesis associated and serine-rich 2-like protein, also named DNAPTP6 (DNA polymerase transactivated protein 6) in human (PMID:11230166). SPATS2L acts as an important regulator of β2-adrenergic receptor down-regulation (PubMed: 25562107). MiR-1269a down-regulates the expression of SPATS2L and LRP6, thereby inhibiting the proliferation of liver cancer cells (PMID: 28081866, PMID:35252180). SPATS2L has several isoforms by alternative splicing.
DPABH-14085 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-14085 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
