This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23800) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SPATA19. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Spermatogenesis-associated 19 (SPATA19) is a testis-specific gene located on chromosome 11q25, critical for mitochondrial function in sperm and overall male fertility. It is highly expressed during spermatogenesis, regulating sperm motility and midpiece organization. Mutations or deletions can lead to severe defects in sperm, while its potential as a cancer marker is being researched. DPABH-23800 is suitable for use in IF (immunofluorescence) (1: 25-100) application. DPABH-23800 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
