This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11197) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SNX8. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables identical protein binding activity and phosphatidylinositol binding activity. Involved in early endosome to Golgi transport and intracellular protein transport. Located in early endosome membrane and retromer complex. DPABH-11197 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications. DPABH-11197 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
