This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18763) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SNRPD2, targeting the amino acid region 1–118 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Systemic lupus erythematosus is characterized by antibodies to a variety of intracellular self-antigens, such as dsDNA and Sm, and these serve as hallmarks in the diagnosis of systemic autoimmune diseases. SNRPD2 is one of Sm protein, and is required for pre-mRNA splicing, snRNP biogenesis. DPABH-18763 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,400), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-18763 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
