This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16792) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SNN, targeting the amino acid region 1–88 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SNN from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Stannin (Snn) is discovered using subtractive hybridization methodology designed to find gene products related to selective organotin toxicity and apoptosis. It is present in TMT-sensitive cells and may play a role in the selective toxicity of organotin compounds. DPABH-16792 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-16792 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
