This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04402) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SNAI3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SNAI3 (Snail Family Transcriptional Repressor 3) is a member of the Snail family of zinc-finger transcription factors, encoded by the SNAI3 gene on human chromosome 16q24.3. It acts as a transcriptional repressor, binding to E-box sequences to regulate genes involved in development, cell differentiation (specifically inhibiting myoblast differentiation), and potential cancer progression (EMT). DPABH-04402 is suitable for use in IHC (1:100–1:200) application. DPABH-04402 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
