This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15574) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SMYD1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SMYD1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to enable several functions, including histone H3K4 trimethyltransferase activity; transcription corepressor activity; and zinc ion binding activity. Involved in positive regulation of myoblast differentiation and positive regulation of myotube differentiation. Predicted to be located in cytoplasm. Predicted to be active in nucleus. DPABH-15574 is suitable for use in ELISA 1 (20000-1:40000) application. DPABH-15574 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
