This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02191) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLFN5. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLFN5, or Schlafen family member 5, is a protein-coding gene in humans that encodes a member of the Schlafen (SLFN) family, a group of six paralogous genes characterized by proteins with a conserved N-terminal AAA ATPase domain and roles in regulating cellular processes such as immune response, cell growth, and differentiation. The SLFN5 protein is predicted to bind ATP and is primarily localized to the nucleus, where it participates in cell differentiation and potentially transcriptional regulation through interactions with tRNA, single-stranded DNA, and double-stranded DNA.
DPABH-02191 is suitable for use in IHC (1: 25-100) application.
DPABH-02191 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
