This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20426) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLCO4A1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SLCO4A1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Mediates the Na(+)-independent transport of organic anions such as the thyroid hormones T3 (triiodo-L-thyronine), T4 (thyroxine) and rT3, and of estrone-3-sulfate and taurocholate. DPABH-20426 is suitable for use in IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) application. DPABH-20426 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
