This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27340) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC7A3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the solute carrier family 7. The encoded protein is a sodium-independent cationic amino acid transporter. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcripts that encoded the same protein. DPABH-27340 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:3,000) application. DPABH-27340 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
