General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21753) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC7A1, targeting the amino acid region 312–629 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SLC7A1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLC7A1, also known as CAT-1, belongs to the SLC7 subfamily of the amino acid-polyamine-organocation (APC) superfamily. SLC7A1 is a high-affinity, low capacity permease involved in mediating the uptake of L-arginine, L-lysine, L-ornithine, and L-histidine from the extracellular environment by cells.
DPABH-21753 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-21753 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
